Description
The Mother Goose portfolio was issued in an edition of 300, with 100 copies retained by the artists, 100 copies retained by Serigrafia, and 100 copies donated to The Children’s Health Fund for sale at an initial offering price of $5000. The portfolio was designed by Chiu Li Design.
This image was originally used by Maurice Sendak as the front cover for his 1988 children’s title, Tall Feathers of Mother Goose.
